DJI Partner Policy – Vantage Drones

Vantage Drones works closely with DJI and its authorized distribution network to provide high-quality drone products, training, and support services. This DJI Partner Policy explains our relationship with DJI, how we represent DJI products, and what customers can expect when purchasing DJI equipment from us.

1. Authorized DJI Partner Status

Vantage Drones may act as:

  • An authorized DJI dealer or reseller (where applicable)

  • A DJI Enterprise or Agriculture solution provider

  • A DJI training and service partner

Our partnership status may vary by product category and region. We only sell genuine DJI products sourced through official channels.

2. Product Authenticity

All DJI products sold by Vantage Drones are:

  • 100% genuine DJI products

  • New and unused unless clearly stated otherwise

  • Supplied with original packaging and documentation

We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or gray-market DJI products unless explicitly disclosed.

3. Warranty & Support

DJI products sold through Vantage Drones may be covered by:

  • DJI Manufacturer Warranty

  • DJI Care / DJI Care Enterprise Service Plans

  • Additional Vantage Drones service or support packages (if offered)

Warranty coverage is subject to DJI’s official terms and conditions.
Vantage Drones may provide local support, training, and troubleshooting but is not responsible for DJI’s warranty decisions.

4. DJI Care & Service Plans

Customers may purchase DJI Care, DJI Care Refresh, or DJI Care Enterprise plans through DJI or authorized channels.

Vantage Drones can:

  • Assist with activation and setup

  • Provide guidance on claims and repairs

  • Coordinate with DJI service centers when needed

Final approval and processing of repairs are handled by DJI or their authorized service partners.

5. Use of DJI Trademarks & Branding

All DJI logos, trademarks, and product names displayed on our website and marketing materials are the property of DJI.

Vantage Drones uses these marks only to:

  • Identify DJI products

  • Provide product information and education

  • Promote DJI solutions in compliance with partner guidelines

We are not owned by DJI, nor do we claim to represent DJI directly beyond authorized partner relationships.

6. Compliance With Local Laws

Customers are responsible for complying with:

  • Transport Canada regulations

  • Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)

  • Local provincial and municipal drone laws

  • FAA or other international regulations when applicable

Vantage Drones does not assume liability for misuse or illegal operation of DJI products.

7. Pricing & Availability

Product pricing and availability are subject to:

  • DJI global pricing policies

  • Canadian distributor pricing

  • Inventory availability and shipping constraints

Prices may change without prior notice.

8. Training & Consulting

Vantage Drones may offer:

  • DJI flight training

  • Enterprise and agriculture consulting

  • Demo flights and onboarding sessions

These services are independent and not directly provided by DJI unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vantage Drones is not responsible for:

  • DJI manufacturing defects beyond warranty terms

  • Flight accidents, damages, or losses caused by drone use

  • Regulatory violations by users

All DJI products should be operated responsibly and according to manufacturer guidelines.
